3. Products and Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Prices at the time of order placement are final for that order.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to natural variations in ingredients.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders and Payment

• An order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) at no extra charge, and online payments via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking & Wallets).
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued for any cancelled paid order.
• Coupon codes are for one-time use per customer and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.

5. Delivery

• We deliver across India. Delivery timelines are typically 4–7 business days depending on your location.
• Delivery is free on orders above ₹299. A flat shipping charge of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹299.
• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you.
