1. Our Promise
We take great care in packaging and quality-checking every order. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will offer a full replacement or refund β your choice.
2. Eligibility for Returns / Refunds
You are eligible for a return or refund if:
- The product arrives damaged (broken seal, crushed packaging, spillage).
- You received the wrong product or wrong flavour/weight.
- The product is expired at the time of delivery.
- The product has a quality defect (unusual smell, texture, or appearance).
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Change of mind after delivery (as makhana is a perishable food product).
- Orders where the product has been partially or fully consumed.
- Products not stored as per instructions after delivery.
3. How to Raise a Claim
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
To raise a claim:
- Email us at crevitafoods@gmail.com with subject line: "Return / Refund β Order #[your order ID]"
- Include clear photographs of the damaged/incorrect product and packaging.
- Mention whether you prefer a replacement or a refund.
Alternatively, WhatsApp us at +91 91025 47058 with the same information.
4. Replacement
If you opt for a replacement, we will dispatch the correct/undamaged product within 2β3 business days of approving your claim. Replacement delivery timelines follow our standard shipping policy (4β7 business days).
5. Refunds
- Online payments: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5β7 business days of claim approval.
- Cash on Delivery orders: Refunds will be transferred via UPI/bank transfer within 5β7 business days. You will need to share your UPI ID or bank details with us.
- The βΉ30 COD handling fee is non-refundable.
- Delivery charges (βΉ49) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them by contacting us at crevitafoods@gmail.com or WhatsApp.
- Once the order has been packed and handed to the courier, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return after delivery.
