Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible after placing the order:
Once an order has been packed and handed to the courier partner, cancellation is not possible. You will need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return/refund request if eligible under our Refund & Return Policy.
We recommend contacting us within 1 hour of placing your order for the best chance of successful cancellation. Orders are typically processed quickly on business days (Monday β Saturday, 9am β 6pm IST).
For Cash on Delivery orders, cancellation before dispatch will simply void the order β no payment was collected. You will receive a confirmation once the cancellation is processed.
If your order cannot be cancelled and arrives with an issue, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund under these conditions:

If you need to change the delivery address, quantity, or flavour after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Modifications are only possible before the order is dispatched, subject to stock availability.
